Pathway to Work is an Arizona nonprofit organization that prepares adults with disabilities for sustainable, integrated work opportunities through the provision of individualized support, training, and resources. The Arizona Pathway to Work Program Model is designed to provide individuals with disabilities opportunities for community inclusion through structured, goal-based programming.
All programs emphasize the discovery process, to lead to create a person-centered plan, and community integration to enhance social skill development, functional independent living skills development and development of job skills, to ensure that our participants are afforded a full opportunity to engage in competitive integrated employment.
Each individual holds worth and dignity, and should be afforded an equal chance to develop self-reliance and personal responsibility to function individually and as a member of society.
