The big day may have come and gone, but keep in touch as we’re always up to something new and exciting.
Join us at the Ahwatukee Country Club for an evening of music and merriment to support Pathway To Work and help adults with disabilities prepare for the working world.
Hear inspiring success stories from Pathway to Work participants and enjoy a signature cocktail on us while you peruse the exciting silent auction items.
Pathway to Work is inviting community businesses to support this benefit for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) who are working toward gainful employment. Sponsors will have a unique opportunity to showcase themselves and network with a large group of constituents.
THE DIFFERENCE YOU CAN MAKE: Through your support of this event, you will enable Pathway to Work to provide ongoing individualized support for participants to identify their unique strengths, interests and passions. Once identified, participants receive support specific to their needs to help them build skills to reach their competitive integrated employment goals.
WHY: Only 44% of adults with ID aged 21-64 are in the labor force compared to 83% of working-age adults without disabilities. 28% of working age adults with ID have never held a job. Pathway to Work is working to change those disappointing statistics.
Pathway to Work is soliciting donations for our Silent Auction. We will have over 200 supporters in attendance, and all funds raised will help us continue to provide services and build future programs for our participants.
All donors will be prominently featured in our event program as well as our Pathway to Work Newsletter.
